The Challenge: The existing learning program was difficult to navigate, lacked clear progress tracking, and had low engagement. We needed a scalable, interactive solution on Canvas to improve efficiency and user experience.

Understanding the User Experience – We started by mapping out how graduates would interact with the learning program, identifying pain points and opportunities. The goal was to create a seamless journey where learners could easily navigate, track progress, and stay engaged. Instead of overwhelming users with content, we focused on breaking it down into logical steps. By structuring modules into clear categories, learners could move through the program effortlessly, ensuring a smooth and intuitive experience.
We developed a scalable, user-friendly learning program template with interactive elements, adaptive content, and real-time progress tracking. Working with UX and design teams, we created an intuitive interface focused on accessibility and engagement. After two rounds of usability testing, we made key improvements based on user feedback, resulting in an A-rated course. The final program, launched on Canvas, was easily scalable and adopted by companies like HSBC, Citi, and Barclays, reducing delivery time while maintaining high-quality learning.
